Non-Suicidal Self-Injury (NSSI) Resources from Dr. Tony Sheppard

Non-Suicidal Self-Injury has been referred to in various ways such as “cutting”, “self-harm”, etc. While it has a relationship with suicidal behavior, most people are not actively suicidal when they engage in NSSI.

There is a great deal of hope for healing with regard to NSSI. Over the past 10 years we have gained awareness and knowledge of this problem and have many more tools and resources available to address it.
